I had an very nice month-long stay at the Sheraton Grand in Tel Aviv, blending business with leisure. The highlight was definitely the stunning location right by the beach and the amazing service. Although I had a few minor issues, overall, my experience was fantastic and I can't wait to return.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv, and while I appreciated the friendly staff and fantastic beachside location, there were a few drawbacks. The views from my room were stunning, making it a great spot for relaxation. However, I encountered some issues with the room's amenities that dampened my experience somewhat.
Rooms
6.0
My room had lovely views, but the amenities were showing signs of age. The shower drain was slow, and the curtains didn't fully block out the morning light.
Service
7.0
The service was generally very good. Staff members like Guy and Anastassiya really stood out with their helpfulness and professionalism. However, some requests went unaddressed, like my app order for extra soap.

Being right across from the beach was a highlight. I loved how accessible everything was, allowing me to easily explore the city's vibrant atmosphere and enjoy its lovely shoreline.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were decent, with freshly prepared meals available, but I found the breakfast experience lacked improvement. It didn't completely cater to all tastes and availability could be an issue.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered ample facilities, including a well-equipped gym. However, WiFi connectivity in certain areas could be improved as it was inconsistent during my stay.

I had a nice mix of experiences during my stay at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. On one hand, I was pleased with the central location, ocean-facing room, and the superb breakfast offerings. On the other hand, I faced issues with service, especially concerning my anniversary arrangements and internet connectivity. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there were definitely areas for improvement.

My room had a fantastic view of the ocean, and I enjoyed the overall cleanliness and ambiance, although it could have been slightly larger.

While some staff were friendly and helpful, my interactions with the front desk felt lacking, especially regarding my anniversary celebration.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. The rooms were spacious and well-remodeled, offering amazing views of the Mediterranean. The beach access was convenient, and the staff provided friendly service. However, the breakfast service was sometimes slow and the wait staff could be hard to catch when needed.
Rooms

My room was spacious and beautifully remodeled, featuring a big screen TV and a comfortable bathroom. The views from my balcony were absolutely stunning.
Service

The front office team, especially Tal Golan and the General Manager Franco Vella, made me feel very welcome. However, the wait staff during breakfast could be more attentive.
Location

The hotel's location is perfect, just across the street from the beautiful beach, and within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife.
Dining

I enjoyed the breakfast variety, but I found the service a bit lacking when trying to get coffee or other items. The food quality could improve, especially during Shabbat.

The pool area was amazing, with a lovely outdoor setting and a separate pool for children. The gym was well equipped and air-conditioned, which I appreciated.

I had an overall fantastic stay at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv, with stunning ocean views and a central location that made exploring easy. However, I noticed some inconsistencies with the service at the front desk and in the Club Lounge that could use some improvement. The food options could also be more varied during the Club Lounge hours.
Rooms

I was upgraded to an ocean-facing room for our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean, well-lit, and had an amazing view of the sea, but I wish it had a bathtub and was a bit larger for the price.
Service
7.0
Some staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful, particularly Vicki, who calmed us down when we were in a stressful situation. However, I noticed that other staff members could be a bit slow in assisting guests, especially in the Club Lounge.
Location

The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything I wanted to see. I loved being just a quick walk away from Jaffa.
Dining

The breakfast was superb with lots of options, and the restaurant had some delicious meals to offer. However, in the Club Lounge, I feel like the food variety could be improved, as I ate the same quiche-like tart two days in a row.
Facilities

The pool area was nice and the hotel had a great ambiance. They also have a good range of facilities like room service and car hire, but I didn't get to use all of them.
